 ADDING MUSCLES

 STEP ONE

In this picture I will add muscles i.e. increase the size of the muscles. First step is to open the image with  Photoshop. Duplicate the background layer (short key CTRL + J).

Now go to filter/ liquefy (short key shift + ctrl + X)

  STEP TWO

Now in liquefy filter window select the bloat tool (short key B). Use [and] buttons to increase or  decrease the size of the brush. The bloat tool increase the size and make it big so when we use this tool on  muscles it will increase the size of it. Set this tool at a place where you want to increase the size of  muscles as in the figure and then click (one click at one time and as much as you like to increase the size  of the muscles) so the muscles become big same as in the figure. If anything goes wrong then use  reconstruct tool (short key R in liquefy window) to go back to the original size.

Place the bloat tool to the place shown in the figure (circle) and after that start clicking so the size of the muscles starts increasing. If anything goes wrong then use reconstruct tool (short key R) to go back to original position.

Do the same technique with all the muscles
